Schneidermann's personal life played a significant role in shaping her career path. She married Emil Kamilarov, a Bulgarian violin professor, and subsequently moved to Bulgaria. The couple spent several years there before relocating to Uppsala, Sweden in the 1980s. They settled in Sweden, where they spent the remainder of their lives. Schneidermann passed away in 2016, leaving behind a legacy as a Ukrainian-Swedish violinist who had made significant contributions to the world of music.
