Phyllis Kahn

Phyllis Kahn is a veteran American politician born in 1937. She has been a prominent figure in Minnesota politics, serving as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives for 44 years. During her tenure, Kahn represented various parts of Minneapolis, demonstrating her long-standing commitment to the city and its constituents.
